Ranked at #28 of 30+ this is one casino I don't suggest playing.
777 Casino is regarded by many as being 888 Casino’s sister casino, or its little brother, and it first appeared online in 2015. I signed up here more than a year ago and played a couple of times, but it’s not a casino that I ever seem to revisit. I actually can’t remember the last time I played here. It’s just one of those casinos that I’m not overly impressed by.
The welcome bonus is fairly generous, and it includes a matching deposit bonus on your first ever deposit and free spins for selected online slots. You can also then claim lots of other frequent bonuses as a fully registered member. I’m not a big fan of the gaming selection here at 777 Casino, and this is one of the main reasons why it ranks so low here on TopCasino (currently ranked at #28).
The player support is pretty slow sometimes, and you have to sign up just to be able to use the live chat feature. Since I signed up, I can’t say that I’ve encountered many issues, but I never play here, so perhaps that’s why. I have read lots of player complaints about 777 Casino on various websites since signing up here, and this is another reason why I don’t bother returning to play.

I’ll start by taking a look at some of the best things that I’ve found about 777 Casino and then further down I’ll take a look at some of the major downsides.
There are hundreds of games for you to explore if you decide to sign up to 777 Casino, many of which have been developed in-house, by proprietary software. I’m not such a big fan of these games, but if you’re looking for something different for a change, then you may like them. However, you can also find several other great games here from notable providers such as NetEnt and the live dealer games from Evolution are probably the best thing about this casino.
The operator of 777 Casino does run a fairly decent loyalty program and VIP program, but you need to spend lots of money to start reaping the rewards. A very small percentage of players can look forward to VIP events, exclusive bonuses and other perks & benefits.
Here are some of the main reasons why I don’t play at 777 Casino. It’s not the worst online casino in the world by far, but I have found a few downsides that I think you should be aware of before you visit this casino.
The player support is great for VIP’s, but not so great for low rollers who don’t have VIP status. There’s currently no toll-free telephone support for Canadian players, and you can only access the live chat feature once you have signed up and then logged in to your new account. I’ve also found that you have to wait in a queue before being put in touch with a live chat agent and then they can take a while between responses.
It states in the terms and conditions that to be eligible for the Welcome Bonus, you must not have received any welcome bonus from either of the 888 games.com or 888casino.com websites. This is pretty unfair for players who already signed up to and showed their loyalty to 888 Casino over the years.
At many Canadian accepting online casinos that offer Free Spins as part of the welcome bonus, you often have up to two weeks to use your Free Spins before they expire. Here at 777 Casino you only have 48 hours. So, if you’re busy and don’t get time to play at the casino when you sign up, you could miss out on your 77 Free Spins.

I’ve heard a lot of complaints about 777 Casino over the past couple of years after cross-referencing other review sites and browsing through online casino forums. Most of the complaints are about the slow player support, occasionally slow withdrawal times and confusing bonus terms and conditions.
No. I think this casino is still too young and it needs time to evolve by tweaking a few things here and there to make it a much better online casino than it currently is. Maybe I’ll come back here in a year or two to see if they have fixed any of the issues that players have been complaining about.
